Good local swimming school. The pool is a bit small but good enough for kids to learn to swim in.

The best swim school for kids on the North shore. A friendly, family run business in which each child is catered for according to their own personal need. There is a strong emphasis on stroke technique, meaning that once each child can swim, they do so correctly. Initially, I thought the small pool was a disadvantage but I now see it as a huge advantage with the benefits of being extremely safe, warm and it means they can always see the children to improve their stroke. My 6 year old son's stroke has improved no end and he is turning into a very competent swimmer. My 4 year old daughter is learning to swim under the best care I have ever seen in pre-school swim classes. 5 star rating from this very happy mumma! We are customers for life!
