Highly recommend Rug Advice! I've just purchased my second rug from them: a long hallway runner. This time I arranged a home trial so I could compare a couple of options insitu. Vahid and Mana couldn't have been more helpful—they were quick to respond via email and arrived same day with a few runners for us to look at. So in love with our new addition! If you're looking for a quality, authentic, handmade rug—don't look anywhere else.

I wanted a colourful rug to brighten my living area and searched online for months without success. A friend told me about Rug Advice where she had previously purchased a gorgeous Persian rug and looking online I quickly found the perfect option. In-store I looked at a wide range of lovely rugs and some of these were bought to my home to try out and choose from – a wonderful service they offer. Firstly, such lovely people, and so knowledgeable about each piece. Seemed as if they were more interested in telling us about each rug than selling it. Narrowed it down to 4 rugs which Vahid brought around to our house that afternoon to see in situ. Bought 2 and very very happy. These are very special pieces, and much better than anything on sale in a standard homes store. Can't recommend RugAdvice highly enough.

So pleased with my purchase from Rug Advice! I saw a particular rug on the website and went in store to check it out. Vahid was incredibly helpful and so friendly throughout the whole purchasing experience, allowing me to take the rug home to try before purchasing it so I could make sure it worked in my living room. This is a fantastic rug shop with a very large selection of different styles. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were allowed to take several rugs home to try them out in our room before making a purchase. We cannot recommend them more highly.

Our second visit to RugAdvice proved as successful as the first. Though armed with a clear agenda from reviewing the well constructed website for rug options, it was the encyclopaedic knowledge of the Team that identified better options to address our need.That knowledge comprised knowing the rug size, design and colour pattern for each rug in each ‘pile’ enabling speedy identification of choice. Though we spent more money from this activity we bought the perfect rug to meet our requirements and are truly happy. Given the rug will give pleasure for years the extra cost will amortise over the years of use.The range of rugs available is vast allowing a solution for every need. I did plenty of research and visited a bunch of online rug stores and physical rug stores before settling on this place. The folks at PRO were the best for quality, advice, and service. You can get rugs online for cheaper yeah, but if you're like me you also want to see the rug in person, learn about what you're buying, and feel like someone is giving you genuine advice and teachings alongside making a sale.

My family have had a beautiful big old vintage Kilim for nearly 50 years, which was already vintage when we bought it, but was in serious need of repair. The cleaning job was immense as it had been stuck to the felt and floor with super glue.Vahid took it upon himself to have it restored, and the result was way beyond what we could have hoped for. He was able by some miracle to get the glue removed so that we could turn it over to the colourful non-faded side. It has been repaired and hand-woven back into the most beautiful rug! Vahid also gave us a price vastly different from other repairers, and while he stood by his price, we gave him some more money to honour all his hard work.utterly brilliant job! Thank you
