I’ve seen a lot of spinning studios, but Vicious is a place to go and grow physically and mentally. I love being a part of such an amazing community, attend daily classes! Spinning is something that gives me a lot of energy for the day. A big recommendation in case you are thinking of a great spin experience ❤️

Been going to vicious for a bit over a year now and COMPLETELY obsessed!!! Love all the instructors and classes are always such a hard workout without you even knowing!! Love it so much!! Best spin studio in melbs :))

Vicious Cycle is a safe space for anyone interested in moving their bodies. The owner Tan has done nothing but make me feel loved, strong and appreciated in this space. I have seen both Melbourne and Sydney locations and they are both warm hugs. If you are looking for a place to push yourself this is it. The classes are challenging but obtainable, ending with a moment of peace and breath. Would recommend to anyone in or visiting Melbourne.

I have been going to Vicious Cycle- Sydney for many, many years, and there is a reason for that. Friendly community of riders, fantastic instructors, no judgments and always, always a great ride. I highly recommend this spin studio. Thanks Vicious!

I have been spinning at Vicious Cycle for close to 6 years. This place is my life. I love the studio, the instructors, the music and the space. This does not feel like a chore, I crave my morning classes and they make me feel energised, inspired and invigorated for my day ahead. I highly recommend spin classes at VC for a full mind, body and soul experience. Do it!

This studio has changed my life. l moved here last year and was lucky enough to hear about how holistic and welcoming this space was through a friend who was already attending classes. l had some mental health challenges at the time coming out of lockdown and one class with the owner Tanya and l not only left feeling empowered and euphoric but like l knew l was going to find a home away from home here with the team and community. Tanya has built a brand that welcomes anyone and everyone, you don't need to be a strong rider or a fitness fan, you just need to want to be the best version of yourself and l guarantee you will find it here. l have so much gratitude for Tanya and this amazing team. They have certifiably saved and enhanced my life. Please do yourself one favour and go see and experience for yourself. Anyone can read and write a review. But seeing is believing!

I came across Vicious Cycle more than a year ago. I have tried a few spin classes in the past and never really enjoyed the atmosphere hence didn't continue on. Even though the VC studio location is a drive away, it never deterred me to be a part of the VC community.The classes are strong and leaves you wanting more- besides building on my fitness, I really enjoy the positive vibe and the spin family I've grown to love over the year.I love that every instructor is passionate, sincere, and motivating.Definitely recommend VC to anyone on any level. You will love it and much as I do.

Vicious Cycle became my 2nd home back when I initially came to the studio in Feb 2020. I was fresh from NYC and didnt know a soul in Sydney. Through the Vicious community, I have met some of my closest friends who I look forward to seeing at class each week. The energy and vibe of this amazing studio keeps me coming back <3

Amazing people at Vicious Cycle. We had to plan a hen’s night for our friend and they were super responsive and enthusiastic, even providing bubbles and a special song track. Also we were running late for the class, but Ashley remained calm and patient with us. She tried her best to accommodate us. We also enjoyed her teaching. Her friendliness and hospitality is top notch.

VC Sydney is amazing! The staff and spin instructors are very friendly and accommodating! The spin instructors are incredibly great, full of energy, fun and motivating - all in their unique ways. Shout out all you beautiful people! Love your vibe and energy xx
