Good, old-fashioned customer service!I was looking for a door handle spindle... unsuccessful at Bunnings and other local h/w stores.The two gents at Barnetts dropped what they were doing and spent 15-20 min trying to match the part. They found the exact match and saved me the cost of buying a full kit at 20x the price.Great job Barnetts! Please support this company.

Great service and friendly staff

Yesterday, my wife and I went to Barnetts to buy cabinet handles. Their staff allowed us to visit their showroom even though their hours for the showroom to be open had passed. Then, as we couldn't see anything we liked, one of the staff members asked us what we were looking for. We described what we wanted and then the two staff went into overdrive with suggestions from catalogues and looking on the internet at places they knew of. They were not pushy but went out of their way to help. Absolutely amazing, friendly service! We had been to 5 places beforehand and not one of them helped in any way. The difference at Barnetts was outstanding. We thoroughly recommend them.

I walked in thinking i needed a new door lock, few hundred $$ ready to spend. I was asked questions and once they identified my problem they sold me a $20 component and showed me how to install it myself. Saved me hundreds of $$$ and a locksmith. Legends I will only shop here in future.

These guys have access to pretty much any hardware you need. You’ll have to wait a few days or even weeks depending on what you order. But they do stock popular items.Staff are friendly and they have good operation hours.A little on the expensive side but I’m sure if your a regular they can work out some good prices.

What a great company to deal with, Gary went out of his way to help with a small order for Hobbytech toys new shop

This place is like a treasure trove and no matter how obscure or old your replacement part is, Gary Vinci will try his hardest to find it for you. I had an old door handle that he tried in vain to repair, but thankfully they had a new handle which was similar, so that was ordered and ready for pick up the next day. This place will now be my go to" for doorwear."
