I have found nothing but friendly, helpful staff and knowledgeable of local conditions. Recently, recovering from heart surgery and needing some exercise, they made provision for me to pick up a garden soil purchase in 3 loads at a pace I could easily handle. With that said, yes, the team here go the extra distance.

Have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.Had some recent dealings with the boss and have to say the customer service was, and is, second to none. I would say above and beyond. I've been going here for majority of my gardening supplies for 2-3 years now. Great variety of plants, gardening supplies, spa's and fittings, pots, garden ornaments and a range of soils/sands/bark. Also, the staff are fantastic and very helpful, I've never had a problem with them. It pays to regularly shop local, I always get top quality and service.

Always go to Bundaberg Wholesale Plants for my garden needs. Always see Kerry as she is so knowledgeable about every type of plant - happy to work with you, make suggestions, how to get the best out of your garden. I also find most of their pricing is very reasonable, particularly their plants.Needed plants for the planter box behind the pool. Went in for succulents and came out with Philodendrons. Still very happy - easy to maintain and perfect for the spot.
