Every dealing I have had with the girls has been nothing but professional and courteous. Sooty always comes out looking amazing and she loves hanging out there with all of the beautiful girls to give her lots of love and hugs. The prices are great and they also have a great range of products available if you need anything as well. I have been through a few different dog groomers as I am quite particular with my Cavoodle, but from day dot they listened and delivered. Once last thing to mention is their amazing customer service! Great job girls:)

The ladies not only look after my dogs, they take care of me too!They make it very easy and affordable for me to have my two Border Collies kept in fantastic condition.They even put up with what passes for my sense of humour!Highly recommended.

We absolutely adore K9 Chic!! After moving to Brisbane, we were stuck for a new groomer for our Maltese X (ex animal welfare dog so we need a very caring, compassionate and patient groomer for the old girl). We were recommend a few local businesses but were left disappointed each time.After discovering K9 Chic, we will never trust her with anyone else!! These ladies are everything you want for your fur babies.

Very , very poor customer service. The owner charged me for a service I would never have agreed to if informed of the exorbitant cost to remove knots. It costs significantly more to remove knots in a tidy up "

Personal & Professional always so happy with the end result. Feel great about leaving our 7 month old puppy for grooming services. Takes the stress out of it. Was originally home grooming but now 100% converted! These guys are incredible!!

We have a little rescued darling who badly needed a groom - after a very tough life and lots of abuse, he needed someone experienced and gentle, someone who would understand his fears and help him become a completely different boy, a fresh start with a new look - we absolutely found it here! Staff were so compassionate and caring, they did a wonderful job cleaning up a lot of matting and dreads our poor boy had, and he was so much happier, cleaner, and comfortable when all done! They did an awesome job with his groom and were quite affordable as well! We look forward to a continued, long term relationship with such a fantastic team!

I took my dog to be groomed at K9 Chic in September. When collecting my dog, I was told that the groomer had made a small “knick” on her tongue. We were instructed to put a towel in the dogs mouth to prevent further bleeding. When home on further inspection, the dogs tongue was completely severed from one edge to the middle of the tongue. The tongue continued to bleed and my dog was in considerable pain. I was required to take my dog to the Animal Emergency Service who performed surgery that night to suture the tongue back together. The tongue was unable to be completely repaired leaving a permanent defect.K9 Chic has had complete disregard for the amount of pain my dog was in. They did not seek veterinary assistance despite the significant injury. The owners have shown no remorse for the careless and negligent grooming performed by their staff. The handling of the incident amounts to animal cruelty.The owners have failed to reimburse the significant costs of emergency treatment and subsequent vet bills despite a number of demands, leaving no choice but to pursue legal action.I would avoid this place at all costs.

After a few attendances, I stopped taking my two Malts here following their 2 November 2021 treatment. The youngest one developed a serious eye irritation following this treatment (required vet treatment). The older one always seemed extremely upset following his treatment. In the past I put this down to nervousness, but on this occasion, with the owner out to a MEL Cup Race-Day drinks function, the mask of this operation slipped!With the groomers" in charge

Harper our dood has been going here since she was a pup, nearly 3 years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Harper always looks fabulous when she leaves. Highly recommend.
