Studio Pilates International Unley
I have been practising reformer pilates here for 2 months now. It is more intense than the mat pilates that I used to practice, but there is always the option of adjusting the springs or modifying an exercise to suit you. All the instructors are friendly and helpful, and I leave each class feeling like I have had a good total body workout.

Studio Pilates International Unley
Having tried other reformer Pilates programs and not returned I find Studio Pilates at Unley great. I like the set up with the videos, no mirrors everywhere and the team of instructors are great. Class options are plentiful and I really enjoy going two to three times a week. I have been attending SP at Unley for about 7 months now, highly recommend giving it a go

Studio Pilates International Unley
Studio Pilates at Unley is very enjojable. All the instructors are very helpful and they all help you if an excercise needs to be changed to suit your needs and to show you the correct way to do an excercise. I would recommend pilaties to every one. Its a great way to tone up and keep your self fit.

Very professionally run studio with awesome workouts and dedicated instructors. This was my first reformer Pilates experience upon a visit to Adelaide. Will definitely be looking into continuing this back home in Amsterdam!

Studio Pilates International Unley
The Unley studio is great, just like all other Studio Pilates studios that I've been to. It has a calming, zen atmosphere, but the workouts themselves are upbeat and energetic. The exercises change every day, so it's easy to attend multiple classes a week without overdoing it. Instructors are consistently motivating and friendly. Great experience overall!

Studio Pilates International Unley
I have joined studio Pilates Unley and have enjoyed and loved every single session. Everyone is lovely and very helpful, I have felt very welcome and at ease from the very first moment I stepped into this remarkable space. The trainers are always making sure each exercise is performed correctly and without injury. After completing my 6 intro sessions I can feel by body changing. It’s an all over body workout. Highly recommend! Looking forward to the 30 day challenge.
