Staff went above and beyond, were professional, efficient and incredibly helpful. Explained what the problem was with my tyre, and fixed the old one rather than me having to pay for a new one. No upselling, no nonsense, just real and genuine service. Could not recommend highly enough

Very kind and honest mechanic

I have dealt with Bettina and Mario since my husband passed and wanted to find somewhere that I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. My son told me about this work shop and I went to have a chat to find out myself. I met Mario first and told him how I felt and he was so lovely and told me he would look after me and never be ripped off so I felt I had found a very honest man and then met Bettina and she goes above for you, I would tell anyone if you want honesty this is the place. I have been with them now for nearly 10 years think that speaks for itself. My daughter and grandson feel the same way.

Very unhappy with the service I received.Firstly got told that they had forgotten to order my tyres (dropped the car off at 8:30) and that I would have to pick up my car later which I was fine with. Only to be called at that time asking to push it back, again I had no issue with this because I was working and didn’t need the car.Got there at 4pm to find out they had given my key to another person and they had left, they were nice and gave me a car to use for the night as I had a paid appointment I needed to be at. They called me after that got my key and said that they would meet me at the factory at 7:30 for the stuff around since I had to work at 8am, only to get there this morning and they not arrive until 7:50 as they were in another factory. I had tried calling the phone 4 times.There was no offer of a possible discount for this major stuff around and I am a very understanding person and am not one to talk rude to the staff but this morning was the last straw so I have to leave this review.Edit they called back and offered me a particular refund and apologies again. Thank you very much

We had an issue with our camper trailer on the way down from QLD Mario and Bettina done an amazing job at getting the trailer sorted for is on the way back up. Very friendly and helpful people. Would recommend anyone do business with this company. Thanks guys Ben
