We have received our Kawai CA49, yesterday, that we ordered at Australia Piano World, a little over a month ago. She is very patient and professional in explaining every little details of the transaction, and kept us informed at every stage. I would highly recommend anyone to meet her in person, in the shop, before making a purchasing decision, irrespective of your knowledge about pianos.Jeff, who delivered the piano and assembled it for us, is another great person to work with. Right from informing us about what time he will be dropping by, to bringing in the piano, assembling it, and quality checking, he is very quick and professional at it.
