Great doctors, staff and ample parking. Dr Kate was considerate enough to see my daughter outside the main gate because my daughter couldn't sit inside because she had cough. She addressed all questions with patience.

Vitalis Family Medical Practice
After searching for some years for a GP I could build a trusting relationship with, I am so glad to have found Vitalis Family Medical Practice. The 2 GPs I see are knowledgeable, caring, thorough and I never feel rushed. They look out for all aspects of health (physical, mental, emotional, social - wholistic approach) explain options, educate, advise and refer as needed, remembering my history/details/medical needs. Although no longer Bulk Billing, definitely worth the Private Fees and quality of care.

Vitalis Family Medical Practice
An excellent Medical Practice. Booking kept right on time, plenty of parking, comfortable waiting room and an infinitely friendly and obliging reception staff. The physician, Dr Cheng, was kind, extremely helpful and obviously keenly interested in well being of his patient . Having frequented quite a few Medical canters in recent years, due to my moving around quite a bit, Vitalis Medical Centre in Kirrawee is definitely the best.

Very welcoming and friendly reception, easy to find and park, Pathology lady was lovely. I had an appointment with Dr Kateshe was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Will definitely book with her again

Vitalis Family Medical Practice
I had an appointment booked in for 2.30pm. I was running 10 mins late and I received a call from the receptionist asking if I was still attending the appointment with one of the registrars. I said yes, explaining that I was only 10mins late. That did not matter, I got charged $50 fee for “not showing up”.That seems very unfair to me. This practice has just lost a customer.

My family have been attending Vitalis for over 12 months after our previous long term GP closed. Regardless of the Dr we have seen or issue we have presented with, we have received exemplary medical care, delivered with an empathetic approach, we have never felt rushed and always walk away with all questions answered. Online bookings work well and the My Practice App makes managing, follow ups, results and reports very easy.

Vitalis Family Medical Practice
So very impressed with all the staff. My son was presenting with asthma symptoms, the dr checked him thoroughly and sent him to the in house nurse for treatment and monitoring with hope of some improvement. When he didn't improve they calmly explained I should take him to the emergency department with a letter they wrote explaining his symptoms and outlining the treatment he had already been given.

Great medical practice which I have been going to for years. Dr. Carey was patient and kind even though I dumped a bunch of issues I was facing upon her and helped with every single one. I would recommend this practice.

Vitalis Family Medical Practice
Dr Roger Chan at Vitalis is excellent. Takes his time and is very informative. Dr Roger does what is more important nowadays - to listen a patients’ concern. Unfortunately it has been very hard to find someone so caring, and our family is lucky we have found him. Hopefully he stays close.
