If you are traveling through Heywood stop at shell service station. You won't be disappointed. Great service, and why not get a steak sandwich yum.

Bought 9 dollars of food. Advert said 4c off per litre of petrol after purchasing 5 dollars of goods. Woman at counter refused to give discount as stated 'you have to buy items at same time as petrol.' We therefore decided to fill up at another station. If this truely is their policy, they have lost my custom.

Rude Staff members, don't acknowledge you if your waiting at the cashier, and just want to pay and go. Staff need to learn Customer Service, to be friendly to customers, Will never go there again. Disgusting, as it shows country people as Arrogant and Unfriendly.

Stopped in to get hot food at 7:45pm but the grills were turn off and there was nothing in the baymarie.

Had the worst experience ever in Australia. The woman at the counter ignored me three times when I tried to pay our gas fee. She left me at the counter without any explanation and three other people arrived after me got served first!

Fantastic little Servo, Has a very nice eat in or take away menu and has quite a lot of fresh to go food, good prices as well as clean amenities. Good range of supermarket items and other consumables.

Not friendly staff and lack of knowledge of making coffee. I never had my chai latte like this. Very poor service and doesn't know name of items.Next time no stop.
