I just called the mechanic here, Vanessa, and asked if she could do an e-safety check. She started abusing me straight off the bat because my number is private (I have my mobile set to private for work because I’m a health professional and it’s unethical for clients to have my private number - sometimes I forget to switch it back outside of work hours). I’m in shock at how aggressive this person is. She abused me and hung up on me. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
