I can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad experience in this salon, maybe I just got lucky. The lady I usually get is very friendly and listens to what I ask for and she’s really good at the nail designs which is greatly appreciated.I went to another place and they had beautiful designs but no one could actually replicate them, which I found rather frustrating and confusing.I also appreciated the fact that the person who started my nails, completed them as well. IYKYK.I showed her the colour I found on Google and she found that exact shade in theirs woo hoo.Thanks ladies!

this place is horrible, my nails were falling after one week and the glue wasnt even stuck on properly, the length and shape was not what I had asked for!!

Always friendly and welcoming. Glad mum and I came here after we were turned away by Pearl Nails. They stayed back until past closing time to fix one of my broken nails even though I was just there for a pedicure.

Initially, had good experiences at this salon, however, the most recent set completed by the Manager were the worst set I’ve ever had in the 20+ years I’ve been getting my nails done! SNS was just jammed on (thicker than a 50c piece,) the simple heart design looked like it had been drawn by a toddler and then no filing or shaping. The edges began lifting and cracking within a few hours. She happily took my cash, though.Refuse to go back.

they constantly tell me to wait and i end up waiting hours to get my nails done, the job is never properly done and i’ve always hot 2+ ladies doing my nails because the person i start with goes off and does other services. i’d give 0 stars if i could. horrible service

Not at all happy with the service.Language problem, they can't understand or talk English. Very poor customer service.Asked for waxing and no staff asking me to come after 1 hr and waiting for 2 hrs still no staff.Would not recommend anyone here.

Worst experience and nails done by this salon. My nails looks horrible and started to break and come off after 5 days and also they overcharge and rip you off as much as they can . Mever again.
