This owner would rip me off by weighing a heavier object and overcharging on multiple parcels each visit. On the last day I was there he charged a totalof $132.25 instead of $106,20 and all 8 items were overcharged that day.I never reported him but I have all the details available for that day, and have not been back since. Who do I report him too? He must be doing it to lots of customers.

Supposed to be open at 9am according to Google maps but more than 40 minutes later the shopkeeper hasn't shown up and people outside are getting impatient. On a previous visit the shopkeeper asked me to sort through other people's parcels in order to find mine. Shockintlg service from Australia post. Get a shop that works properly or just close it.

Owen at Alphington LPO is great! After having been landed with a package that the Parcel Post driver couldn't be bothered delivering to my street address, Owen offered to deliver it himself after he finished work. Thank you Owen. You're a legend!!

Absolutely terrible service every single time I have visited - I would only ever go if I have to pick up a package. So disorganised. So rude. Do not recommend.
