Replaced my tow bar free under warranty after 2yrs of use. Due to noise issue. Best warranty and service I have seen in a while.

The team are absolutely unreal. Enquired through the chat box and they were able to fit me in the next day at 8am. Everyone else was booked for weeks! I have a VW Golf R Wagon which is a not a common car, especially with the quad exhaust. I had asked a couple of VW garages about installing - one wasn't sure if it could be done and contacted VW HQ, who also weren't sure, whereas another garage quoted a fortune. Contacted Speedy and was assured that it could be done, and after taking a day to get the Class 3 one in (the class 2 was in stock) I booked an onsite install (bargain at only an extra $30). The installer (Matt) turned up exactly when scheduled and took about 3 hours to do the job. Gave me a few options, but overall it looks great and very pleased. He just took his time to do a good job which is all I wanted. Would certainly recommend - thank you!

Excellent experience, team was helpful over the phone and install guy took his time to do a good job. He then stayed to teach me about the brake controller and show me how everything works. Highly recommend.Only weakness I can see is their web enquiries take a long time to get a response, be sure to call for a quote.
