We had been searching for some time and were quite frustrated with the whole process until we discovered Franck and the solid French Oak at Enoak. Franck's service and attention to detail is first class. He kept us informed every step of the way and when the timber arrived it did not disappoint as it was perfect. We were also delighted by Fabio who installation was also first class. We have lived with the floor for a couple of months and can definitely say that we made the right decision and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending Franck and Enoak.

Franck from Enoak gave us a really beautiful floor. The solid wood boards arrived pre-finished with a matt wax. The acoustic underlay and glue system specified did not require nailing, unusual for solid wood. It was laid in three days and ready to go. Franck was very helpful, visiting the site several times to make sure the substrate was okay and later during the installation. Perfect finish, beautiful wood which suited the context, exactly what we wanted.

From the colour, texture, natural finish to the raw smoothness and warmth against your bare feet. The new enoak floor boards are beautiful. They are extremely well finished, tolerant of stains and really easy to keep clean.We chose a mid colour tone board and it never seems to show dust etc even when it does need a brooms attention.This product is worth the extra cost!Thank you, we couldn't be happier.

We recently renovated a farmhouse in the south west of Western Australia. I came across Enoak Flooring in a magazine and contacted Franck from Enoak immediately. Franck was amazing. We communicated over FaceTime and Franck sent me samples. I was very particular about what I wanted and Franck was so patient and delivered exactly what I wanted. He completely nailed the brief. We built 2 homes recently and wanted to have timber flooring installed. The first house was built to sell.We decided from the beginning that we wanted a natural looking aged floor so using an Australian hardwood was not within our consideration. We visited a trade show and came across Enoak. We were impressed by the range and quality of Enoak's product and the fact that it was fully imported French Oak made it even more special.The only issue was cost, it was more expensive than a reasonable quality engineered floor. Not truly appreciating the difference between the two floors we decided to install the engineered floor in the sell house. Once installed we understood and quite frankly were very disappointed with the quality of the product. There were 2 main issues, first being continued movement(noise) under foot and the second was the softness of floor surface. Couldn't place or drag a chair across the floor with any weight without causing damage.After this experience it was easy to reconsider Enoak floor for our home and the result was just wonderful and well beyond our expectations. After living in the home for the last 6 months we are entirely satisfied with Enoak’s product and the workmanship of his installer.We are so happy & our floor looks fantastic, we strong endorse Enoak as reputable company with a great product range & very professional installation team.Danny Dragosetti

My new oak floor is sensational, looks fabulous and my friends love it, but what really surprised me apart from the natural look is the feel good factor that it brings to the house, in the morning with my first step on the floor, the scent of the wood, the fresh aspect give me the best start of the day,It wouldn't be right to close this review without mentioning the team at ENOAK, their products range, knowledge and guidance through the whole project made it a guaranteed success, by far the best thing I did in 2017.
