Chemist Warehouse MidCity Sydney

Does anyone know that their return policy is that all consumable products cannot be returned or replaced at all? This means 80% of the or buying from chemist warehouse cannot be returned or replaced. I have come to this shop for 5 years, it is the first time I know it. They just put the policy in a very small corner after the glass with so small words that you almost cannot see it.

Very bad service! Very rude! All staff.You can walk and find out another!My group pay a lot money for shop, but they dont care! Rude Rude!

Waited 25 mins for a regular prescription, while it’s a 3 min job at other CW’s, but here they have just one pharmacist collecting and dispensing prescriptions, while all the other staff are just having a chat. This is the third time already. Not recommended for people who are running tight on time, definitely not while you are on your lunch break. Never coming back here again. Also if you happen to visit in the afternoon, be ready to be hassled and followed around by security guards telling you they are about to close, 30mins before they close.

Just called to say I needed an urgent script and the pharmacist advised me that they were open until 9pm. Walked all the way there to be greeted by a closed door and a staff member telling me they are closed and to try somewhere else.

Had a horrible experience with the pharmacist today. Went to get a specific medication that has been prescribed for me for my PCOS. Pharmacist refused sale as it wasn't for diabetes. Even though the drug helps both diseases. She then lectures me about medication saying it was inappropriate for me to use the medication even though my encronologist has prescribed it to me to help with my hormone related insulin issues

Opening hour is not update. Even not update at their Click & Collect confirmation email. It has been changed since Covid, but still not update correctly, not pretty sure whether this is the hardest thing for the management team to do in more than 3 years.

Even though there was a sign saying that the store sold out of the rat tests I wanted to enquire if the circumstances had changed so that I was able get one somehow. Staff are pretty rude when I asked if they had any stock left. They could of simply apologized and told me that it had sold out instead of telling there was a sign that said it had sold out. It was pretty obvious that I can read it, I just wanted to make sure.

The store manager/ pharmacist Si Kev V is rude and her attitude is absolutely appalling.I was there to get a product exchanged. I talked to the cashier that I wanted to exchange and she was lovely and she said she will call the store manager to assist. When Si Kev V came over, she looked at me and rudely goes 'what do you want?'Anyway she said I have to go to the same store that I originally purchased and refused to exchange at first. I explained I have been to other store and they said I could exchange as long as that particular store has both the products. She then changed and said she will have to call that store first to see if they can do a stock transfer and paused looked at me, as if she was waiting for me to say ok and would just leave. Sure go ahead and call.She came back and said they didn't answer the call, paused again. So? I don't understand why she likes to pause so much and expect the customer to come up with plan B. I said I could wait and she murmured something that I couldn't make out of and just reluctantly ran off to the back. Your internal after-exchange procedures doesn’t concern your customers, just do your job and help them with the exchange.Then I got through to the CW CS hotline while waiting and the staff confirmed the exchange can be done. I went to the back and looked for her, and tried to get them to talk to her. SHE TOOK MY PHONE AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT, ENDED THE CALL. EXCUSE ME THAT’S MY PHONE. WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO DO THAT?She said she had already spoken to the store and she is finalising on her end, but sorry all i could see when I walked to the back was she chatting and laughing with the other pharmacist. I asked why would she hang up on your CS staff, and she said she doesn't know what I want her to say to them. Excuse me but that doens't give you the right to just hang up on someone. Very terrifying experience!There are heaps of bad reviews regarding her work ethic as a pharmacist as well. Management should be looking into this. She shouldn’t even have a job at all.

Very pleasant experience. I needed help with some products. The staffmember displayed excellent customer service and helped me without rushing. She knew where to find the products I wanted and answered questions with patience. More service like this and this business will be very successful.Good range of products.They may need to monitor products that are out of stock as it can frustrating to encounter empty shelves.More service like this and this business will be very successful.

Very bad sevice when I was checking out and I had alot of stuff and check out person couldn't fit everything his table so he handed me some stuff so I can bag it while my partner pays but when I reached to bag the rest of our stuff the check out person told me to stop bagging the items because we haven't paided..... and looked at us like we are unable to pay or gonna steal it.l'm sure it was unintentional but more trainning needed for the stuff if someone is going to steal they won't come to the counter to check out.... and also I'll understand if that is a rule for the store but he handed me the first few items.....
