I called in to see Gray without an appointment and was greeted with a smile. I needed some soldering done on my TT power supply andGray dropped everything, fired up the iron and fixed my problem there and then.He also was able to tell me that the supply was a basic one available at most electrical retailers should it fail in the future.Great service at a very realistic price.Thanks Gray.atb Ian.

Grey is super helpful, fixed our amp for the shop and didn't charge heaps. Going to be taking a few more things to get fixed!

Gray took in my Nord Stage 2 even though he was full on busy. Anytime I called he had time for me and explained what was happening. He's also just a good human being. Will definitely be getting all my repairs done from Earth Audio in the future. Highly recommend.

Mr Gray if that is his name is friendly and helpful. Fixed my little amp problem in no time flat. An entertaining encounter! Finding your way to his workshop can be an experience. Gray is excellent. He was on budget, on time and zen with the gear. I’m glad I met him. He’s charging very reasonable prices for this difficult and time consuming work, because he wants to keep the music playing. Earth Audio deserves our support.

I have a Tascam 488 mk 2 tape based 8 track which had been sitting in storage for 18 years. First of all, I was very fortunate to locate Gray as he was the right guy as an old Tascam repair agent. Secondly, he persisted with tracking down parts until we found what we needed and now this 27 year old analogue device works perfectly well. Gray was happy to take the time to identify the problem so that we could work together on the solution. Once we had located the parts he then patiently and meticulously brought the unit up to working order. I can't speak highly enough of his knowledge and patience. Vintage equipment issues, Gray is your man. Incidentally, as I was collecting my unit, a world renowned Sydney based musician brought an amp in for repair, so Gray is known as the go to guy" for audio equipment around here!"

Quite sometime ago Gray repaired an Aguliar DB750 Bass amplifier for me . He did the job , charged fair price and I say this is the man for any Amplifier Repairs and I doubt many do it better .
