I found Lavy while walking Cranbourne during lockdown by his work van outside his house. I contacted him and asked him to mow my lawns and trim a tree back. I've been using him ever since for the last 5 months.I have to say I am very impressed with his service everytime. My lawn always looks amazing. He blows all the leaves out of my driveway and makes sure all the weeds are gone. He also cut my tree back out the front and took all the off cuts away. I highly recommend Lavy, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and tidy when he leaves.

Unable to commit to an appointment and re-schedule for another 5 days as he was unable to do my lawn due to rain and been very busy. which is fine but he is to charge me extra due to over grown grass even though it is not my fault - not happy

I have had Top Cut Lawn mowing service for a few years now. I am on a quarter acre and my yard always looks immaculate. The trees get pruned. All the clippings and branches gets removed. The garden beds also get maintained. In my opinion, after numerous quotes from other companies, Top Cut Lawn mowing Endeavour Hills is comfortably priced. I would highly recommended Top Cut.

They have inflexible and restrictive working schedules which makes it hard to book a time, your supposed to make the effort to organise around customers schedule not the other way round. When employee finally comes over you’re greeted by someone unfriendly with zero customer service and this was just to have a quote. Cost they provided was overpriced and I was rudely told “We need to make a living” as a justification for their exorbitance. You can tell the company and employees are not serious gardeners or professional lawn mowing service providers, just a bunch of blokes doing a bit of odd jobs on the side if the price is right. Ultimately this was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t recommend them and I’d say avoid at all costs!*Update - reply to Owner’s post below:*- “We have no record of serving this customer” is an invalid argument, you searched up my username not my real first/surnames which I choose not to give out because I don’t trust your company.- Yes. You are overpriced. Your website says $50-$60 for normal lawns. I was quoted more than that. Inconsistent and unfair pricing is indicative here.- Hours of working - I did not expect outside working hours appointments as specified from your website therefore your comment of outside working hours is irrelevant. It also seems like you have one or two main workers who take on several suburbs that’s why they are always busy. Well your company is understaffed then and I had to postpone and reschedule many times just to fit in their busy schedule. Pathetic.- “This is Australia..”, “Slave labor..” “you are used to cheap labor”. Goodness are you listening to yourself? How politically incorrect and unfounded your claims and commentary are. Just down right unprofessional. The owner and employee that I saw are probably one and the same. Either way Top Cut Lawnmowing is such a disgrace. I rest my case!*Reply to Owner’s 2nd message*Overgrown lawns are consistently overgrown all over, not just in patches here-and-there or just uneven weeds. That’s why you quoted $60 which is a quote from your non-overgrown range, don’t try to make it seem like you’re being generous or doing me a great favour. Are you trying to scare me with photographic evidence next? It will backfire on you, I assure you. Goodness, your customer service is poor, if you listened properly you would also recall the events correctly: $70 you charged all up including spraying pesticide on the small back strip. I said no pesticide then, I will do it myself. Which you then said will be just $60. You of your own volition agreed to that and walked off to start cutting, but then you turned around and did a 180, both physically and mentally, only to reject our original deal saying “I won’t cut that back strip. I’ll wait for you to spray pesticide first.” And that was the deal breaker - You changed your mind and went back on your word. Your refusal to cut that back strip using a petty excuse really spoke volumes to me about the person you are and how you run your business. I also don’t need a lecture on the struggles of life and working to earn income, just who do you think you are? I’m really glad I didn’t employ your services in the end. The sad fact is that you lost a potential long-term client. Ironically I called Jim’s Mowing shortly after, one of if not the biggest franchises. I had an employee of there’s come over in a matter of hours (not weeks) to provide a quote which I was happy with - $60 INCLUDING pesticide spray. And all cut in the same day. And yes I have my own photos of the receipt to prove it too. So thank you for providing such a bad service and experience, because if you hadn’t done that I would’ve never called Jim’s Mowing and saved myself money. Good riddance and good luck with your work and company.
