I highly recommend Greska Homes to build your dream home.These are the reasons why I say this.Firstly, it was a very daunting experience trying to find the right builder. I have approached many well known builders and at times I felt confident with them but as they continue talking I felt i was not comfortable and it was about just making money for the builders. Then I came across a gentlemen who I was recommended to see, Don from Greska Homes.We went to see him at the office and within two minutes I felt very confident because Don is a very genuine person. The reason why I am saying this, he took time to explain the little things we asked him about the property in detail. He never made us feel rushed for time and he made us feel comfortable our dream home was in good hands through the whole process. Now the house is completed, the people who have come into my home were impressed with the detail and perfection of the building quality.To tell you the truth I can go on about Don, he is almost like a family now. Don't just take my word for it, go and see him and then you'll know what I am talking about. The end result was a ‘ one of kind’ magnificent home, which has drawn a lot of attention in our area.Having inspected many new homes in the most affluent areas of Melbourne within the same style of design and build, I can safely say your build surpasses them!We wish you all the best for the future and have no doubt you are going to give other competitors a real run for their claimed expertise!

Don just finished two Townhouses for me, I'm very satisfied with his job. It's just 10 months from beginning to get the Occupation Permit. we communicate very well . I think the contract price is very reasonable and he is not a man who haggle over every ounce.We have become friend now through this project, I am happy to recommend him to my friends.

We had a fantastic experience with Don. We built a largish house that was completed on time (approx 9 months that inlcl XMAS shut down). The best part is that Don is very easily reachable. Answers every call or sms promptly. The tradies used are very professional. Every person walking through the house has commented on the attention to detail. Don’s basic furnishings (kitchen, toilets floor etc) are excellent. He has an astute sense of what will go overall. But if you have any variations, it will be important to add to the build first up ( we went with his general recommendation except for blackbutt floor rather thanoak). There were NO COST OVERRUNS! We were wary about this aspect hearing from others experience with rebuilding or renovation. The initial price estimate was also very competitive in comparison with large volume established builders.I will also give a tick if approval for Adrian (ABN Architects) who does architectural plans and has an association with Don’s company. Adrian is fantastic to deal with. Flexible in his approach and he is prepared to modify designs on the go without showing any irritation!We have moved in only 2 weeks ago and will highly recommend Don.
