TINNAPETS

We just bought a flat-pack chicken coop from the Tinnapets website as they had by far the best price on the one we wanted. It arrived quickly, no dramas. The instructions were not very good but we figured it out in the end. One caution - I would recommend paying via PayPal (which you can do on checkout when you buy from their website) as the security certificate seemed a bit patchy. Overall we are happy with the purchase, how quickly and securely it was delivered, and the actual product. Thanks Tinnapets :)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Seller's communication is terrible. Took weeks to contact them after purchasing a product that was faulty. They made everything difficult! They refused to replace the defective parts, so the only option was a return. Had to get PayPal involved just to get a refund AFTER I'd returned the item to them. No communication from the seller once they received my return, so I doubt I would have got any money back if it weren't for PayPal's intervention (weeks had passed between when they received my return to when I got my money back after PayPal sided with me). Save yourself the hassle and do not buy from this sketchy business (there are lots of other businesses that sell the same products and are MUCH easier to deal with)!

This looked to be the perfect chicken coop.Bought it and over 2 months painted it in my garage as I wasn't a fan of the colour scheme. I set it up and it was perfect for about a week. Then the 2 sides of the run started to collapse in. I messaged and they asked for photos which I supplied the same day. No replies had to put a complaint in with Catch. To which I was told it would have been from me pushing on it (which I am very aware that didn't happen) or that because I had painted it... Thats right guys.. painting could change the structural integrity of this item !Wish I had checked for reviews before ordering.

Dont bother. A shoddy operation. No stock, no service.

Customer service was great over the phone. Freight was $80 in which I had to pick it up from the depot or else it was going to take another 3 days. Paid $450 for a chicken coop in which it broke pulling it out of the box and I’ve had to repair it twice and it’s only 24 hours out of the box. Please do yourself a favour and read all of the reviews. I thought maybe they all can’t be true as they’re selling on catch and we’ll they were all true. ABSOLUTELY CHEAP

This place is excellent to buy a rabbit cage or chicken pen on a budget. Good quality and easy to put together.

No communication what so ever. Poor service.
