Dog Groom Room

What an absolutely amazing, professional, and such talented groomer!! Cannot recommend Cathy enough. Our pooch was VERY well looked after and pampered. Cathy took the time to get to know our pooch and make him feel comfortable. Finally found a groomer that our pooch trusts. He was in excellent care the whole time. Thank you Cathy!!

Cathy did an amazing job with Watson for his first puppy groom - very patient and understanding. We did an initial puppy intro session and by his second visit he was eased into the grooming experience. Thank you for taking care of him!

After having poor experiences with other groomers for having an oodle that has matted a few times, meeting Cathy has been a gamechanger. Cathy has been so great, kind and supportive. She's gone above and beyond to make sure our Labradoodle is healthy and happy. At each appointment she has taught me easy ways to maintain his coat during visits and given constructive feedback on ways to improve. She doesn't push us to have appointments too often and is never judgemental if our dog has matted from swimming or has a burr we've missed after going for a walk. Our dog always leaves so happy, smelling amazing and looking cuter than ever with his little bandana. We would never change groomers, we're so lucky to have her! She's also super responsive if you need a booking and although she's very busy she always does her absolute best to find times that work for you. Thanks Cathy!!

Cathy is by far the best dog groomer I have ever come across, having had multiple dogs and many different groomers over the years. She has been regularly grooming our 2 year old Shih-tzu Alfie, and working on his behaviour after he had been traumatized with previous bad experiences, and developed extreme anxiety and fear as a result. Cathy has been extremely patient in working with Alfie to overcome his fear, and he has greatly improved - I never thought he would be able to tolerate a full groom ever again, but since Cathy has been grooming him, he will now let her get through a full groom, and is never stressed or anxious, as she is extremely patient and caring with him. Cathy has worked miracles! Alfie LOVES Cathy and Mr Pickles, and is very comfortable with her - he loves to give her hugs and kisses, which is something that he would never have done with previous groomers, or strangers. He is so relaxed and happy after a groom with Cathy. In fact, he doesn’t even look back when I leave him, and he doesn’t want to come home when I collect him! We are so grateful to Cathy for her love, kindness and patience with our boy, and would never take him anywhere else. Can’t recommend Cathy enough, she’s amazing!

I could not be happier with Cathy and her attention to detail for my two Frenchies. They aren't always the easiest pups to deal with but Cathy always makes sure that they're well looked after and ensures they have the best experience everytime they stop by.If you're looking for a groomer who is kind, attentive and loves what they do, look no further than Cathy, she's the best.

If I could give more stars I would! We have a lovely lagotto and cute as a button cavoodle. We came to Cathy after our lagotto had developed a horrible phobia of all things grooming. We had tried everything. Our cavoodle was a bit of a handful but came out clean, tidy and handsome. The lagotto....On his first visit he was completely petrified, he adored Cathy but even that couldn't help him calm down. Both doggos were quite matted as we had been trying to find a solution to our petrified lagotto. Cathy was so patient and did what she could on the first visit. She kept us in the loop with what was happening and made some really helpful recommendations. On his 2nd visit while still petrified he managed to get through a full groom. Cathy was patient, calm and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done without causing any further distress to our beautiful boy. We now have a plan to work through his fear together and I am so grateful. Instead of dismissing him as too much trouble, she spent the time tounderstand what was going on with him, make him as comfortable as she could and is working through his fear. I cannot recommend Cathy enough! Thank you!!

Cathy was an amazing groomer introduction for our border collie. We had never taken him to the groomers before, so at 3 years old we were quite worried that we had left it too long. Cathy advised us on the realistic expectations for a dog not being exposed to groomers as a pup/and also as a border collie, but still was willing to give it a go. We are so grateful that she was willing to, because she did an amazing job! Remi’s deshed and clip was incredible - no more grinch toes and floofy bum!! He came out looking so happy and excited, we know that he had the best time possible with Cathy. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful that his first experience was a positive one thanks to Cathy. Won’t be going anywhere else!

What a handsome boy with a Christmas bow tie. Always does a great job, super friendly and professional and with a caring touch. My dog loves going and doesn’t want to leave.

Cathy is not only excellent at her job, she is a kind and lovely person. Our schnoodle puppy loves visiting Cathy, he gets excited as we turn down her street. He leaves looking and smelling great.Cathy is responsive and you can tell she really cares about your pet's welfare. She gives good and easy tips to maintain at home.Thank you Cathy!
