Dr Nails & Spa (Non-toxic & Vegan)

Went and saw a technician named Laura. 2 nails came off with a day and one was very crooked…Went back to get them fixed and she did an even worse job- used the wrong base colour, didn’t apply proper/neat/nice French tips and the shape was awful. Had to pay $85 and spend another few hours to get a nail salon in Milton to fix just before Xmas! Very stressful! The Milton salon that tried to fix my nails explained that the extensions had been stuck on incorrectly, causing cracks in the side of the nail…. Not to mention the terrible shaping and lack of pride in work to even attempt colour match or clean french tips. The photos show how bad they truely were

I love that this place uses vegan and cruelty free products. My nails are okay. The polish doesn't appear to be self leveling so it's quite patchy. I was also cut numerous times on my fingers and toes. And the ladies took a really long time to do my pedicure and finger shape and polish. Online, when I booked, it said an hour and a half, but the reality was that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes. I ended up being late to another appointment.The cost was really expensive too. $135 for gel polish and pedicure. At my usual salon it would cost me $70. I expected to pay more due to using organic products and because I asked for some nail art, but to pay almost twice my regular amount was crazy. For this reason alone, unfortunately I won't return. It's simply not in my budget.The girls were friendly, but didn't talk to me much. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I did mostly enjoy the experience.

Love this place. Been here 3 times now, each time I leave happy. I have been a nail biter all of my life and for the first time ever I have stopped biting because of the gel builder they use here. I won’t go anywhere else now! The owner is also very kind :)

What a wonderful place. Rang and got a booking today. The owner Lisa attended to me. What a knowledgable lady. Lovely to talk with her while fixing my damaged nails. I have major allergies so it is nice to have nails attended to. They feel and look fabulous. Thank you.

I came in today to get a pedicure for my uni ball. The service is great and the salon is very relaxing (with massage chairs). I think I had Cindy and she was lovely and very neat with my pedicure. I would say the prices are definitely affordable, especially for the service. Overall will definitely be back!

Dr Nails is a beautiful salon! Lisa the owner is such a lovely person and will go out of her way to make the experience a great one for you. ☺️ Her staff are all very kind and make you feel comfortable in their salon. I come here regularly and highly recommend it!

Thank you Linh from Dr Nails for giving me this beautiful mint green French tip manicure. I was a walk in, and the ladies had my nails done in less than 50 mins. Also love that this is a vegan salon, wish there were more in Brisbane.
