Totally disgraceful customer service I experienced today. And it hasn't been the first time with that particular staff member. Though today I walked out! More concerned about being right from the very get go, instead of trying to sort a resolution and may be just double check with someone, then being all pig headed. In the past she had made on it's an imposition to supply my discreet medication in a paper bag.She was more concerned about the 99¢ products I was buying, laying them out in front of her like there already was a problem, then my other discrete item I was buying. Walked away from me and left me standing there at the 99¢ bin that had a product put in there by idiots" as she proclaimed while walking away. Not the first time she has put staff down as incompetent.Every other chemist in the area is much better! Professionalism to start with."

Dropped off and prescription and was asked by the pharmacy assistant if I would like to wait in store or come back. I asked if I’d be waiting 5, 10 or 30 minutes so I could make an informed choice. Owner was dismissive and just said ‘busy’. Wasn’t asked for generic version but assumed I’d get it as it’s all that’s been dispensed from them in the past. Got some bill shock at the register. Not worth the argument, especially since my experience with the owner wasn’t great. Wont be returning.

All the staff and pharmacists really do go above and beyond. There have been a few times where I have made it hard for them to meet my needs but they always do. They certainly make sure that I am looked after even when I cannot get to the store and this has made my life just that little easier. Thankyou

When we changed pharmacies about 12 months ago, Hany was wonderful. He contacted our previous pharmacy and arranged for our prescriptions to be transferred to him. Since then Hany & his friendly staff have been wonderful. Fantastic advice, always friendly & committed to looking after all of their customers. We highly recommend them.Thank you for your wonderful service.

Please be aware that the owner of this chemist is incredibly greedy my daughter needed to get a rapid test for overseas travel. We had no problem paying $45 for the test to be administered by the pharmacy. We had a brand new unopened officially certified rapid test already however the pharmacist forced us to pay $50 for another rapid test from his own store rather than to accept the one already purchased. To me this seems like a simple case of profiteering and this will be the last dollar Chempro Wynnum Plaza will ever receive from me.

My wife went in to fill a script for me and the pharmacist that saw her was very snippy and short. I’ve been struggling on crutches for the last week and wasn’t able to walk into the store myself as I had almost slipped in the car park outside and needed a minute to recover. Because of this, my wife went to enquire about the wheel chair hire and the pharmacist was extremely unhelpful and rolled her eyes at my wife’s enquiry. Could not have been less helpful and made my wife feel like a burden.This same pharmacist was also making openly judgemental remarks about other clients in front of the other customers. We will not be patronising this chemist anymore after that. It’s such a shame when your front counter staff have always been so great.

I have found Hany and his friendly professional staff to always go that little step further to deliver exceptional customer service and advice. If there are ever any problems, they are prepared to listen and investigate them so that you feel confident that you are getting the best care. Thank you team.

A bit annoyed that what they confirmed for me over the phone turned out to be a lie just to get my business. Very disappointed in this chemist.... I asked over the phone if they add a dispensing fee or do they sell my script for RRP... I was told time and time again they only charge the RRP... found out today they are charging me $15 on top of every script I get which is every 5 days..thats $1095 a year extra !!!! Rip off... I will be taking my anywhere but Chempro wynnum
