I had a great 1st time experience with this salon. The ladies greet me nicely when I came, the salon looks clean. I booked an appointment with Ingrid to do coloring, foils, cuts and blow dry. We discussed about the color and Ingrid suggest me some colours that match with my skin tone. She also gets what I want to have for the hair cuts.She is friendly, communicative and attentive.After hours of processing the hair colours, rinse, cut and blow dry! I am amazed with the result! Everything just right! The colours and the length of the hair cuts, are perfect! Thank you so much Ingrid and Ladies, I look fresh and younger when I walk out of your salon!

Very happy with my haircut and the service was surprisingly amazing even during busy hours.I booked in advance on a weekend and got seated quickly and needed to wait a little. Had hair washed and ready for a short-style haircut.The staff were super friendly and happy to explain anything. Skilled in their craft and would definitely come again (my hair grows too fast).

After just moving and wanting a fresh start with a new cut, my mom and I visited this salon where I communicated with two staff about what I wanted done, (I had XLong hair which had damaged/dead ends due to past colouring on dark brown almost black natural colour) which was to get a small cut and layers in my hair just to get my hair healthy again. The stylist who cut my hair was told what I wanted and then I confirmed what I wanted done and placed her hand to where she was going to cut, which I agreed as it was just below my shoulders. My mother who was there also backed this length change but when she cut it she cut over an inch higher than what we agreed to! This could obviously not be undone after she made the first cut and I was left with a short cut to which my long hair is now sitting at the base of my neck. Comments were made by other staff too about this drastic change in length which didn't make this any easier for me (as having short hair makes me quite insecure as why my hair is always a longer length, the shortest it ever gets cut is to the top of my back/just below my shoulders). The senior stylist who was taking care of my mom checked the cut afterwards and then let her know that the cut she had given me wasn't even sitting at the same length on each side. Once I left the shop I burst into tears about the new cut and am now left with short hair that can't even be tied back fully from when all I wanted was my deadends cut and layers put in. My first and very last visit to this salon.

Best experience I have ever had when going to a hairdressers for a colour cut and style. I went in knowing what I wanted to have done I just wasn't sure of the type of tones of colour but the stylist was so helpful and she did a colour match to my hair and she was so friendly. I'm so obsessed with the colour and how it turned the style of cut was amazing. I will definitely be returning.

Lovely lady gave me a great haircut today. Very gentle and thorough.

Knowing that Saturday is a busy day for hairdressers I booked an appointment for Saturday, I arrived 30 minutes early and after about 20 someone asked me what I was getting done and what time, 10 minutes later I was shown a chair. About 30 minutes later the owner came over and told me that it would be another hour before she could cut my hair as there was 4 others ahead of me. My question is why did she let her other staff go home when there was so many there waiting. I've been going there for over 10 years now but after Saturday not anymore
