This is infuriating.This is not the first, second but the third time this has happened to me. I leave delivery instructions to leave stuff at the mailbox or on the street side of fence or take back to the local post office for a reason. Instead the parcel delivery person continually decides to go against written direction and drop the parcel inside the fence.I can understand why this is the first thought but not when written in plain black and white not to. There are two dogs, waiting to rip open whatever you put in front of them.So you are just gracefully throwing away peoples money. Not only do they get into the parcel, they rip apart the product.This parcel cost over $300. Another over $250. Both not handled to direction or with care.I reported previous parcel damages due to the lack of reading and following of directions, and I was told not our problem. One lady actually said, sorry you will just have to buy it again and maybe get insurance next time. This is beyond a joke.
