Walked in today and was amazed with the wealth of knowledge and service from Wayne. Most supplement shops tell you what you want to hear and spend no time talking and giving you different options to suit your lifestyle and your goals. Wayne gives a quality and a person centred approach.This will be my new store and will rave to others about it.

By far the best supplement shop I've been to over the years, not only do they have great service. They are friendly and welcoming from not only the owner Wayne but many of the staff.. They also have an amazing selection of proteins, pre workouts and fat burners. *bonus* They take the time out to talk and discuss what you want to achieve and help you in that dirrection. Wayne is very knowledgeable and an all round nice guy. Does not try to oversell, but makes sure you understand what you're looking at. I will definitely recommend this store
