I reached out to Ethan to find out more about the range after purchasing a Mattress in a box" online that I was not satisfied with. My sister had purchased a mattress from Natural Sleep a couple of years ago

We bought a queen a few years back and although it was comfy it didn’t feel fully as good as when we tried it in store. However this was not a fault of the mattress it was purely because we put it on our old base which had cheap soft pine slates and couldn’t support the extra weight that comes with a latex mattress. So eventually we came back and bought one of their beautiful bases and once we had the mattress on a fully sold base that was designed for latex it transformed the experience and we’ve had wonderful sleep every night since. So even though getting a mattress and base together is expensive I would recommend it’s a must to have a fully solid base to get the most out of your latex mattress.

We have bought three beds from Natural Sleep, one for everyone in our family. We have had our King bed for 15 years and it is still incredibly comfortable and now our two children have them and absolutely love them. The mattresses are excellent quality and after some recent research we think that they are the most comfortable beds available. The service was also top notch!

Good morning form FijiI just wanted to take this opportunity to say how much we love our new split twin king 12-inch latex mattresses. Living in Fiji and buying overseas without a chance to go into a showroom and try a mattress out was very nerve-racking indeed. I probably did more homework on mattresses’ than I did buying my home here in Fiji. With so many companies and products to choose from it made it so daunting. I called Natural Comfort and was happy to talk to KG who spent many hours of his time explaining the benefits of latex over memory form and with his company having the option of suppling the max 12 inches of latex that was impressive. I decided to go with this company because of the service and the quality of the product. The company worked with me in getting my product to the shipper on time to catch the next boat to Fiji, well done. When we received our mattress, I was impressed with the workman ship and the detail. Because we ordered a split King, I was able to order 3 types of firmness levels to make any necessary adjustments to my comfort by flipping one of the long singles over. KG convinced me not to sleep on my stomach which am trying not to do now, and I am using the softer version of one of the mattresses. I have to say its like getting into a cloud my shoulders are the one thing I notice as they are not sore anymore and I love the plushness of the latex as this is the first one, I have ever had. I also would like to say thank you Kym for being so sweet on the phone and helping with the paperwork. All in all, get the 12 inches of latex as I was hard pressed to find anyone else who offered this much... boy it’s well worth it. I'm on my third mattress from Natural Sleep!I bought my first latex mattress from Natural Sleep in 2008 when they were located in Nunawading after a recommendation from a friend. At the time I was encouraged to spend as much time in the store laying on the mattress - even have a nap if I felt I needed to!Before purchasing my first latex mattress from Natural Sleep I had been buying a new mattress every 18-24 months of different types looking for a back pain-free sleep. (The first 6 months of a new mattress were always good, but it was after this the mattress would sag in the middle (springs) or develop an impression, or it was too hard, or with memory foam my back wasn't flat and supported, etc).The sleep quality was so improved with the switch to this latex mattress I shipped my mattress with me when I moved overseas in 2010. When I returned to Australia 10 years later I bought a new queen mattress (#2 from Natural Sleep), and now I'm upgrading to a king-sized mattress (#3 from Natural Sleep).Thanks for the help KG and Kym. The only challenging part of buying from you is finding where you move to each time!!

We love these beds. We bought one and love it. So comfortable. Nothing is better in life than getting into my bed. We've bought one for both our kids and when my parents crashed at our place for a few nights, they went out and bought one too. Very comfortable bed and nice people that run the company.

We have spent a total of $14k on TOP END latex mattresses and the electric zero gravity base over the last 8 years. Two mattresses have failed with concave impressions on both halves of the mattress. When I tried to get a third under the 10 year Limited" warranty I was told the company who sold us the beds has closed and is now trading under a new name and we have no claim.Look up limited warranty and it doesn't exist in consumer law in Australia.The salesman did come to inspect the mattress and flipped it upside down....despite the label saying not to flip. The bed was SO hard when flipped it was impossible to sleep. He offered us a $1000 topper at a 20% discount.When shopping at another bed retailer for a completely different style of mattress to replace the latex

Do your back and your pocket a favour and don't buy a natural comfort mattress! Bought a natural comfort mattress in 2018, agreeing withthe salesman that it was important to invest in a quality (and expensive) mattress, especially considering my back and neck issues. However, within a few weeks of purchase we had some issues with indentation where we slept that did not 'spring back'. Initial customer service was excellent with the salesman even coming to our house on a Sunday to check it out. He suggested we put a solid timber base under the mattress, which we did. The problem persisted. The company agreed to take the mattress back to the factory and rebuild it. However, this didn't make any difference and within a couple of weeks we were, again, sleeping on a sagging mattress. We requested a refund under warranty but the company refused that request; after quite a bit of back and forth with a different employee who was actually quite rude, the company agreed to replace the mattress? Again, within a couple of weeks the same thing happened! From that point on customer service was non-existent; I have had no response from anyone at the company despite many attempts to contact them. We have persevered with the mattress because we haven't been able to afford to replace it, but we have certainly paid the price and now we have no choice but to cut our losses and buy a new mattress. If this is not a usual problem with this brand of mattress, you would think it would be in the company's best interests to give us a refund!

We ordered a king size latest mattress and it was delivered the week before lockdown. The customer service in store was excellent and we ended up choosing the most plush option because we both wanted a softer feel - of course this meant we also chose the most expensive. I have to say I am really disappointed with this product. We had a Dunlopillo latex mattress for 20 years so we are familiar with latex. The mattress we received is in no way as soft as the one in the showroom. I would say my body does not even sink into it in any way, and as a result I have only slept on it for two nights. I have had to sleep elsewhere ever since because of the back ache I experienced from the mattress since my back was unsupported. All of this is hard to prove because the mattress is here and the one in the store is there - but we are convinced the quality is far inferior and it has been one of the most expensive mistakes we have made.

We love our mattress. We have had it for 2 years and we are now buying one for our daughter, this now makes 4 for our household. Great service and knowledgeable staff, wonderful product. Highly recommend.
