Worker had no idea about rewards program & didn't care to learn. Also did my transaction without asking about rewards card. I realised Soham to wait 15mins to get a refund then redo with rewards. I spent a lot of money so wasn't going to miss out. Really really bad service with poor attitude from the very young staff member.

Manager plus employers on the day won’t exchange a bag that had with all tags intact for something else?! Manager said we don’t do exchanges on gifts without a receipt but how am I supposed provide a receipt if it was given to me as a gift?! They definitely lost a regular customer !! Won’t be back..

Very very bad customer service. Staff do not even know what is customer service. I bought a bag with 50% off tag but the staff charged me more 70% of price. I went back to show my receipt and tag to same staff but she said they made a mistake, it suppose to have only 30% off. Ok I understood that but when I asked for refund, she said she can not do refund even on their mistake. I eventually got a refund after having few minutes of discussion with her. Her way of handling situation was so rude as instead of apologize for their mistake she was refusing to do refund for wrong price tag. Colette is the wrong place for good people.

I'm only commenting in regards to customer service. Came in this afternoon to look for some gifts. Both girls didn't greet me as they were chatting away with each other. There were probably two customers in the store. The store wasn't busy. I waited a few minutes for either of them to acknowledge me. Had to interupt their conversation to ask a question in which it was kind of awkward. Didn't purchase anything as I wanted to so got fed up and left.
