Ran'Dee Pet Motel

A little expensive for 2 cats for 21days at $1200:00 especially when you are on the pension. But good people who care about our animals.

Called Randee pet motel this morning for a price for a long term stay for our labradoodle. The lady who answered the phone said that we need to think of the welfare of our dog before booking him in for a long term stay of 4 months. I proceeded to tell her we are going overseas and it’s not possible to take him. She then continued to lecture me to say it’s important that the dog is ok and I need to consider what I am doing. I didn’t call the pet motel to be told how to take care of my dog- I called after I had been given a verbal referral for this Centre. I think that they did not consider other people’s circumstances before judging them. I have called many pet motels since and they have been very helpful and cheerful and spoken to me about how they can take care of our dog in a great way. I wouldn’t bother calling this motel as you will only receive irrelevant information and waste your time.

We have used Ran'Dee pet motel a few times now with our older dog. He always comes home happy giving us peace of mind knowing he is being well looked after while we are away. We would definitely recommend Dana and Marc to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, kennel for their pet.

Recently left our beloved dog Baxter with the fabulous people at Ran'Dee and could not be happier. We collected a happy, healthy (clean!!) obviously well cared for animal after two weeks away.The really impressive part was actually the lead up to his stay - we took him in for a 3 hour assessment so he could be paired up with an appropriate 'friend', and were able to drop in him for a couple of practice" day stays....all at no extra charge. I have had my 2 dogs boarded with Ran Dee a few times and they have always been well looked after and are very happy when I pick them up. The people running the kennel really seem to care about the animals and after a 12 day stay I got two clean boys back! Definitely will use again and recommend them as they listened to my needs and kept my dogs together making for a happy and less stressful experience for all.

We have used Ran'Dee for over 10 years now. New owner/managers in the last few years have seen Ran'Dee now become a place I feel comfortable leaving our dogs. Before that I would not have taken them back but the new owners are much better. Our pup always comes back happy, healthy and clean. She had medication for one stay that was no trouble for them. She is also almost blind and they are accommodating to her needs too. I suggest taking note of the newer reviews as any old ones may be referring to the previous managers.

Highly rate this place! Was my dog's first time away from us, and she returned exhausted after her week. Her diet was followed, and the owners' debrief really showed how much they care for pets staying there.

My dog Bandit doesn't go anywhere else when I'm away. Friendly people and Bandit always comes back healthy and happy. Highly recommend!

What a lovely facility. Happy dogs well taken care of in their holiday while their families are away. Great work by the owners who love the life they provide to these lovely animals

My 2 Siberian Huskies stayed with them for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year while we moved to QLD from ACT. We received updates of the dogs which made being apart from them so much easier. When we collected them they had been bathed. I was worried as we had just managed to get rid of their excess weight before they went in and I expected them to come out over fed, but was happy to see they had maintained their healthy WEIGHT. PLUS the dogs were happy.
