Sunas is really good! I’ve been abit dissapointed when I didn’t had someone other than Sunas so sticking to her now

Worst Experience. Really unprofessional. No courteous and polite staff. On top of that too much expensive.... Not value for money.

I went to unique threading bar today at around 3:15pm 13/1/2023. Initially the staff was pleasant and polite. I carefully told her the shape of brows I wanted in details. She responded well and did threading. I was not happy with the result after and I was upset. I told the staff nicely but then she dismissed me and told me that l’m being “fussy” and many other things. I was getting emotional but not a single apology or reassurance was given to me atleast. I’m a customer and I paid for the service, I am not expecting a perfect outcome thats understood. But I am a human that should be treated nicely not to be dismissed.

All staff were friendly and efficient. I did microblading 3weeks ago. And my Eyebrows look amazing. The lady who did it for me, was so professional, patient and kind in listening to what l like and do her best. I love and more than happy with the job and price.

Sanaz is just so professional.Such a great job she does.I can honestly say, no where else I can go since started at unique with Sanaz.

The lady did my brows was not polite rather rude I’d say. May b she was not having a good day. My skin was really moisturised and I asked her to put some telcom powder which she refused as apparently the powder they have in parlour does not help in plucking the hair. Well, that’s not my problem if they keep such quality powder in the parlour. Hence,the brows were painful on moisturised skin. Plus she did pluck a lot of hair from tweezers which I did not like at all. And overall the way she was asking me to move my hands here and there to support the eye brows was really rude. Hated the customer service but she did okay job on my brows but still unhappy as overall exp was not good at all. Would not be going there ever again.

I have been coming here for years now, I get my eyebrows threaded by Sahar and I would definitely highly recommend her. She takes her time, she’s very precise and she always ask me if I’m happy with the first eyebrow she has done before moving on the next.This place is always clean, great customer service and so easy to book online on the website, they also send you a text message reminding you have an appointment on that day.

Highly recommend, they do a great job and well priced. I was nervous about changing salons as I have been going to the same salon for 6 years but really happy with the result and price.
