Excellent customer service from start to finish. The showroom had big samples to view and all the staff have been really helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough. Seamless installation and I LOVE the curve on our bench. The Caesarstone Fresh Concrete was exactly as I wanted it with the white veins. Thank you very much. You guys are awesome.

Set In Stone were fantastic from start to finish!Their price was more competitive than the stone offered by our kitchen cabinetry company and every single staff member I spoke to was polite, friendly and helpful.We had an issue with our kitchen cabinetry after the stone had been measured, but Set In Stone acted quickly to pause the cutting and checked in with us throughout to see how things were progressing (the kitchen company delayed the stone by 6 weeks but they held the stock and never complained).On the day of installation they called as they were leaving the warehouse to give a 30 min warning and arrived on time. Its been installed well, lines are neat and the caulking colour is well suited to the stone. I know it’s a small thing to mention but it was also really nice to hear the two installers speak nicely to each other (and not have the supervisor yell at the apprentice... sadly an all too common occurrence).Would highly recommend and will be using these guys again in the future 100%.

I would thoroughly recommend SET IN STONE to anyone looking for benchtop providers. They were prompt, professional, helpful and delivered a beautiful product. A friend had recommended me to them and i would now do the same. We were doubtful we would get benchtops ( kitchen and laundry) during lockdown but they were efficient and we worked within and through the restrictions. Thank you so much - my benchtops are a showpiece !!!

AMAZING AMAZING! From the start to the finsh!! SET IN STONE meet all my expectations & more! I cant thank them egnough. They were so accommodating to my demands. I did kitchen renovations myself. So I stuffed up a lot. So when it came to putting stone bench tops in. Set in Stone came & fixed everything up. Even if it ment they had to come back 4 times. They even cut a new stone bench top for me for free and it was my mistake. The boys who put the stone in were father & son. They were AMAZING & very respectful & very aware not to damage anything. I'd definitely use Set in Stone again. Such a wonderful bunch of people. Thanks Set in Stone. I'm so sorry for all the problems I made for you guys

Delighted with our new kitchen benches! The price was fair and show room staff were a great help with our selection. The construction/covid lock downs meant our installation was delayed but the team then worked Saturday to install our benches, as a priority, and the quality of the installation and product is excellent.

Followed up on initial quote and when told they were more than my lowest, agreed to price match, and then actually came in under. Sent photos of my slab (covid times) and install team were great. Very happy with service.
