Oaklands Barn & Garden Centre

Great little place for all ages of visitors - there’s. Brewery, garden centre and cafe. Brewery has a good range of beers and they have an outdoor pizza oven. The cafe has a range of breakfast and lunch options, we had a Camembert and asparagus frittata with coffees. It’s also a function centre for weddings. Out the back is a little farm where you pay a $2 entry for a look or $5 for pony rides. Animals are very friendly.

Well presented plant nursery and garden supplies, just about everything you could need for indoor and outdoor, new or established gardens. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Stock foods and farm supplies too. Also has brewery, great cafe, art gallery, animal barn and reception centre on the same site. Great place to visit for holiday makers and locals.

WOW you have to come to this wonderful place. It caters for all different ages. We had such a beautiful lunch sitting by the fire and heaters. We were made to feel so welcome by everyone. Our lunch was really yummy. We checked out the bar that they have there. It looked amazing. The gift and art shop and nursery had some beautiful things to look at.Thank you so much for making our small holiday so memorable for us and my Dad who is 92. We really appreciate it.

Wow. A friend recommended we come here and we are so glad we did! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. There was so much to see and do here. The food and drink is incredible, fresh and tasty. The kids absolutely loved seeing the animals and going on pony rides. We decided to come back again tomorrow we were so impressed. Thank you!

Oaklands Barn & Garden CentreVisited on 14/3/2021Who could miss the red double decker bus with large letters on the side depicting Oaklands just parked outside, close to the highway?My travelling companions and I walked around the compound before we entered through the barn which housed the bulk garden supplies and furniture.I had a friendly chat with staff at the cashier, and I was very glad to hear that despite disruption due to lockdown and other restrictions, Oaklands business was doing well.Then I moved on to the next department" with more gardens needs and decorative items. I liked the interior architectural design

We bought a xmas tree from here about a week ago. We were not allowed to look over the trees - just had to take what we were given. And now, a week before Christmas its dead.

Fantastic service, lovely setting and entertainment for the kids.We first visited in October and loved it so much that we came to stay in the area again to visit again.The kids loved the barn animals and enjoyed the pony rides. The cafe staff are so warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we come down to Pambula.

My partner and I went to Oaklands Barn and Garden Centre the other day. The hospitality, retail facilities and staff are lovely, however when we walked into the barn were all the animals are, they are all locked up in small overheated spaces that were quite dirty and over run with manure. The poor animals looked so unhappy as they are stuck in there for human entertainment. My partner and I have worked with horses and sadly majority of the horses hooves there especially the Clydesdales are so overgrown, splinted and cracked, hence a farrier is in need for desperate assistance. We asked some staff members to see when the next farrier will be coming again to attend to the poor horses painful overgrown hooves however not many people knew when the next farrier would be coming as they were not part of the Barn business. For the future of these domesicated animals could the manager of the Barn facility please ensure that a farrier comes soon as possible as these poor horses are in pain, as well as having more cleaner and hygienic facilities for all the animals there.Thank you

Absolutely delicious food throughout the whole day. Fantastic staff and brewery that makes incredible beer and ciders. They also have a great little animal barn at the back with wide range of animals for everyone to look at.
