I Med is usually pretty good but not the one in Hervey Bay….3 months and still waiting just to get my appointment sorted! Pathetic and be sick guys.

1.5 hour wait for a chest X-ray!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. Receptionist was no help at all. Told me to come back in 40 minutes which I did, told her I was here and still waited 1.5 hours. I will never use this service again.Not recommended

The staff , went above to get my mri scan test , they were angles in my eyes as it's hard sometimes in this world to find them .

Was nearly charged 349 dollars for a scan for my sons heart , rung widebay and this was a free scan as he was under 18 , shame on this company charging this much money for kids with heart conditions

Worst experience ever. They do not ring you back for appointments, its as if they don't need the business.

Minus one if I could no communication. Gave an appointment knowing full well I had another following. Guaranteed I would be done in time but but no. An hour waiting. 3 times I approached the desk. Not once did the receptionist make any assertiveness to find out why I was still waiting so long just comments that she noticed I was still sitting there and don't know why they were taking so long on my asking. Obviously customer health isn't a priority only taking large amounts of hard earned money. Going else where.
