Went in at 9am for help with lodging a claim since we had trouble doing so online. However the staff were combative about helping, saying that there is nothing previously done on our side (which is why we went in the first place) and rushed us to do it at home when there was no other customer around. Rude attitude when we were asking for assistance.

I had an appointment on 2-July which i attended only to find out that the person i was supposed to see was not in. I just woke up this morning to find an electronic letter advising my payment has been canceled because i didn't attend that day. I'm sure when I ring them later this morning, I'm going to get the run around.Not Happy Jan!

Had the worst experience ever. Spent hours and days waiting each time Handing in paperwork as asked then accused of not submitting paperwork. The. told that i needed to wait until January for payment to start.. after a full blown argument I am going to get half a payment on November. Been without no money since Augus. There response was nothing we can do, system error. Relying on the kindness of strangers for the last 3 months

Brown hair tied in a ponytail wearing glasses sitting at the front counters. If you get this woman, ask for someone else. She is the most condescending and demeaning woman who does not even listen to why you are there. Anything to push you back out the door quickly with no result. Would not even to listen to why I was there and why I needed some assistance, simple said I had to go online or call. Couldn’t speak to someone face to face. I had such an easy experience in my past at another Centrelink but I will never return her due to this woman and her absolutely disgusting and rude attitude. I’m beyond frustrated with my experience and the lack of helped offered from this woman.

I had an issue with my payment, I went in, explained why I was there, I took a seat and was seen too in a very good time frame, the lady I spoke too was very efficient and informative, she explained everything in detail and had phenomenal customer service! My needs were met and I'm in a wonderful mood because of the beautiful lady that helped me with my situation! Thank you!

ZERO stars. Unprofessional, rude, disorganised and huge wait times. After 2hrs and being told I had already been called (I hadn't and watched dozens of people get served that had come after me) I was finally served after asking them and then sent out again and made to wait again for another attendant. After another 30mins I tried to ask what was going on, was rudely dismissed and unanswered and they tried to say I had only been here for 20mins. Absolutely useless.All over a 5min inquiry.

Really need to learn how to talk with people who are visiting Centrelink for the first time rather than expecting us know everything. The guy at the counter was really rude and had no respect for myself and my family. Thank you for being so welcoming.
