AWESOME STAFF!!!! Sasha & KarenWe visited 3times and every time we threw curve ball questions at them, they were able tō answer every question. They are so helpful and they know their stuff. They went the extra mile in offering suggestion, idea combinations,and helped us visualize what the room could look like. They had a can-do attitude the whole time. No question was a stupid question.We ended up buying a lounge Suite, and cushions and we will be going back to purchase other items. They were upfront and honest about their product and delivery. No hidden agendas. We are greatly satisfied with their customer service focus.Tō those who put negative review is not the experience we had. Karen & Sasha are extremely helpful and went out of their way to find the many items we needed in the shop to match our mixed-match idea. They were exceptional and we were excitedly satisfied with our purchases. Despite being undecided on certain things, they were so PATIENT and NEVER pushy. My partner and I recently purchased a beautiful lounge from Ashley’s and were so happy with the quality and pricing we visited again. Sasha recognised us immediately and had such amazing service with all of our enquires and I am happy to say we have just walked out with another amazing lounge and beautiful artwork!

We just placed an order with the sales assistant Ravi who provided incredible and professional services on multiple occasions. Ravi was able to provide all the necessary and accurate information on all products we were looking at. Overall we were extremely satisfied with his services and expect to feel the same when products arrive. Highly recommend !!

DO NOT Buy anything from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it took 7 months to be delivered. Every time I asked when it was coming I was told it was coming next month or that some items had been delayed which delayed the whole order. Absolutely useless and they didn’t care. I was told finally that the order was being delivered on a Saturday and I stayed home all day, nothing arrived and when I questioned what happened I was told nothing was confirmed with the delivery partner - why could you have not told me that instead of wasting my time ?! It is not the store themselves. The sales people are great, it’s the after sales that is pathetic.

Amazing experience!! Great service and quite approachable and friendly! Sales representative Ravi was very helpful and knowledgeable around his domain. We’ve placed an order, they’ve wide variety of collections and unique designs too. Recommended.

Bought 2 sets of Beds inc Side and a dresser chest spending around $5k. Quality is subpar for the price. Dresser drawers don't close all the way properly, under the bed has like 9/10 stands- a bit poor design. Pretty alright!

A man in the store approached me while browsing and went above and beyond to help me find an entertainment unit to match my specific style. recommended I check out their other store and purchased the same tv unit he recommended!! great service 10/10

We ordered our leather lounge, after waiting for 8 weeks we were told that they can’t deliver the order and offered return. The owner doesn’t look he is sorry for the inconvenience that we caused to us, but was lied to us they informed us a month earlier but myself and husband both never received a call from them regarding our order. We only received call from them 8 weeks later that they can’t fulfil the order. very unprofessional. Please dont buy anything from here unless you want problems.
