5 stars for my experience at Shepparton Skin Clinic. Monique and Carmella were extremely thorough and understanding when considering the best treatment for Acne. Monique was exceptionally accomodating and knowledgeable, and gave me an in depth explanation of what was going on with the health of my skin and also of the treatment I was receiving. She also recommended the best skin care routine and products for my skin concerns and explained to me the reasons she chose them in my treatment plan. I’m very impressed with the service I received and I am feeling confident that I have been placed in the best hands to treat my skin concerns! It is clear that the team at Shepparton Skin Aesthetics are so passionate and excited about skin health and treatments which makes it an even more enjoyable experience. I am more than excited for my follow up appointment in three weeks!

The Shepparton Skin Clinic team are absolutely amazing. I very nervously went into to get a small lump removed from my cheek and have never felt more comfortable or at ease during a procedure. The procedure was so quick and both nurse and doctor were very friendly and accommodating to my nerves.Feel so much more confident now. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back in the future! :)

I thought skin care was a scam until I started attending Shepparton Skin Clinic.I had some skin concerns that I really wanted to improve for my wedding day.Dannielle was amazing, very understanding and knowledgeable.I noticed immediate results. My skin on my wedding day was exactly what I had hoped for.I found the treatments and products effective and highly affordable.Will be using their services and products ongoingThank you again:)

Dr Hook was absolutely wonderful, however the reception staff were immovable on the Covid rule of not having anyone else in the waiting room with me (even though there were many spare seats and I saw a mother and daughter come in later) and made my 87 year old father wait outside in the car on a 41 degree day. We had driven two hours to get to Shepparton and I felt guilty for not cancelling my appointment when they told us this rule. Had this been made clear to us before we left home I would have made other arrangements for my father.

My first session at the clinic this week with Alysha and would definitely go back. Lovely friendly manner with good knowledge of the treatments and products. My skin felt great afterwards. Can definitely recommend for anyone looking for advice and assistance with their skin care.

Dr Wod is so helpful, quick, lovely and accommodating. Definitely worth travelling an hour to see her.

This was a really disappointing experience. I travelled over an hour to get to the clinic, where I was instructed to go “around the corner” from the main reception to another waiting area and to “just wait if there’s no one there”. The area was in darkness so I waited in the dark like a bat in a cave. My therapist strolled into work after 9am while I was sitting there waiting, then proceeded to tell me the treatment I wanted wasn’t worth the cost (fair enough) but offered me an alternative that required 2 weeks of skin prep with cosmeceuticals (which they could sell me, of course). She did not have my completed patient forms with her so she knew nothing about me but my name, she never looked at my skin, made no attempt to examine it and I never moved out of the chair next to the desk/computer. To sit in a chair for 12 minutes and listen to her talk about collagen and skin layers, I was charged $30 for a “skin consultation”. Really poor form. Go elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and not worth the time, effort or cost.

I have had treatments for Rosecea and Pigment in the past 8 months and happy to say I am no longer red and splotchy. My skin looks amazing, smooth and younger and friends are noticing and commenting. Just had an ULTRAFORMER treatment and it is an amazing skin tightening and lifting treatment. Great service, and a great range of products and helpful staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended as the Go to Clinic for Skin Care in Shepparton.
