My gratefulness to Con & the rest of the staff can't be measured, if it wasn't for their willingness to go the extra mile or 5, I wouldn't of been able to purchase a car. So if you are looking to purchase a car, new or old & you want great customer service from a company that looks after its locals, don't go anyway else because FCMC will put you in the car of your dreams without the hassles that usually come with buying a car.

Much the same as for Toyota Wide Bay...great for a new vehicle plus excellent for follow up servicing...excellent

would definitely not recommend very hard to deal with and very rude come up with excuse possibly to fix a problem had pay a lot of money to get car fixed what i bought FCMC

An unfortunate NEGATIVE Review. I bought my vehicle a Ford Kuga in 2015. All services were carried out by this dealership despite the fact that their services were more expensive than others. I've been happy with my vehicle however when a loud clunking sound began happening 12 months ago I asked the dealership to investigate. After 5 trips they finally 'Gave a diagnosis ' of the problem. They quoted $2700+ for the repair and charged me $309 for having given me a quote .I decided to ask other automotive mechanical establishments. The quote came in @ $985, a difference of $1720. What the....?! of course the repair was carried out with an original Ford Part. It was then discovered that the problem (diagnosed by FCMC) was NOT solved as the loud clunking was still there. The actual problem was discovered and repaired. (A wheel bearing). I asked the Dealer Principal for a refund of the quote charge of $309, because of their (Fcmc) misdiagnosis, He laughed and said he has no intention of giving me a refund and said laughingly that he just loves talking to people like me, and this, after having just told me that he had staff with him. What a dreadful example you set your staff..A ruder misogynistic man I've yet to come across. Shame on you Mr O'Brien. I personally could Never recommend FCMC to anyone, friend or foe.

Great service centre, with helpful attendants. Bought a car from here in 2015 and very pleased with service received.

Would give negative stars if possible... force repairs no courtesy vehicle offered after they held my car over the weekend.. just wanted a service done on thursday... been told at 16:30 i cant have my car back until sometimes bext week...
