So happy with Sydney tools. I went there to buy a electric mower and Hedger and walked out with this beast was not cheap but had the batteries already so it was a no brainer. Great service and massive range.

After sales service not aceptable. 9 weeks for a chainsaw warranty repair. 6 weeks for a battery charger repair. 5 weeks to exchange a bad battery. Had to keep chasing them as well.

Really poor customer service, in fact, non existent.Walked in with a budget to buy a high quality pressure washer. We walked past 5 staff at the front desk, no other customers, trying to find where they were, No one acknowledged us, or offered assistance!When we left they were too busy talking to each other to even see that we had left.At Trade Tools the staff were excellent and knowledgeable.Not going back the Sydney Tools again.
