This is the worse experience I had through a substantial renovation. Equipment performing poorly, way late o delivery. I have had poor backup and mostly no backup support for nearly two years from this businessSecurity system distinctions, passwords locked and programs can’t be accessed, this guy even refused to support the Police with their request for footage of a break in of our neighbourhood. All caught on our cameras and this guy agreed twice to come and assist downloading the breaking. He still hasn’t turned upControl4 has been unreliable and mostly doesn’t work as it shouldI am asking Brisbane technicians now to assist. This company and its owner is in my view incompetent and once has your money goes missing.Stay away from this clown. He and his business is not responsive for any reason
