Kenthurst Service Centre and Victory Performance Transmissions

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Kenthurst Service Centre for several years now and we rely heavily on the professional service and advice we receive from them on a regular basis. In recent months we purchased a 21’ Jayco Silverline and use our 2020 Ford Ranger XLT as the tow vehicle and whilst the car tows the caravan quite well, I found it was lacking torque on the hills, which raised some concern because we are planning some long road trips in the months ahead. After speaking to the team at Kenthurst Service Centre they suggested I have a custom remap carried out on the engine to improve the vehicles torque down low. Since having the custom remap completed, the increased torque in the lower gears is extremely noticeable and dramatically improved the towing experience when it comes to hills. Apart from having the increased torque we found our fuel consumption improved as an added benefit and given my experience with the team at Kenthurst Service Centre I would have no hesitation recommending them as the place to go for personalised service and great advice.

We called to get a quote on a rotor and pad replacement. Gave us an upfront price which was fair and reasonable. Can't recommend Chris and Norm enough. Just a good honest mechanic. Will be definitely coming back in the future. Well done guys.

Chris is very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the defects in my car. He was able to deliver the car back to me earlier than I had expected. I would highly recommend Kenthurst Service centre!

This mechanic 100% fixed a recurring problem with my automatic transmission in a single visit.We came to Kenthurst Service Centre for a second opinion before giving up on my car. Since they fixed it I’ve been happily driving it for two months now with no reoccurrence of the problem.

The best advice for your car when it’s due and when it’s next service is due. Talk about Silver Service! I wasn't booked in, I had never been there before, but when I called in somewhat distressed the gentleman mechanic there was kindness personified!He was obviously very busy, but he stopped what he was doing and took the time to solve my problem - much to my great relief!Thank you SO much for this kindness. I know where I shall be taking my Merc from now on.
