Speedweb Wireless Broadband Internet

This company is very customer orientated. I had the occasion to need help on a tablet problem,and they could not have been more helpful. So glad I returned to Speedweb.

1 star is too many I would've rated 0 stars if possible...We cancelled account and was told technician had to come out to get antenna and dish off our roof which was ok with us as long as they gave us notice so someone could be home and make sure technician did a good job in removing these items and patched up any holes left behind on our roof..Well, today I find these items have been removed without any notice, THEY JUST WALKED ONTO MY PROPERTY INTO MY BACKYARD, WENT ON MY ROOF AND REMOVED PROPERTY without a phone call, knock on the door or any form of communication to say they were coming!! This happened sometime during the night or very early in the morning. I phoned them and their excuse: Oh

We have been with this business for years and they never let us down but since they have been taken over by Swoop the service is so bad that we can not even load a search page. It is such a shame as this business was sooo good...

Used to be a great company, has disastrously gone downhill since Swoop took over. I’ve since terminated my 15yr old service with them. What a shame and waste of good reputation

Speedweb are great to deal with, the technicians are great . Sage is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks guys

Shame I can’t give no stars.I have been with this business for years and they never let me down but since they have been taken over by Swoop the service is so bad that we can not even load a search page. I have had no internet since last Sunday, called the on Sunday Monday and now today, still no answer as to why I have no internet paying $80.00 per month for what nothing. Guaranteed a call back tonight and still waiting for call.Worst internet provider, do not use.Never give any answers just keep putting me on hold. Then telling me it would cost 180.00 for a call out fee because I did there speed test and was to slow.

Great !! After we had lots of difficulties with big companies like Optus and Telstra, Speedweb have delivered much better and faster and cheaper internet to our place in country Gippsland. Highly recommended, we are outside the official coverage area on the map but get far better internet than Optus and Telstra were ever able to provide.

I'm a previous customer and Im shattered I now live out of their service area! This is a fantastic company highly recommended.

I have only been with Speedweb for a relatively short time but so far they have been outstanding, customer care service is wonderful, the installation process was quick and hassle-free would highly recommend them to anyone in the Gippsland Latrobe Region. Keep up the fantastic service guys .
