It was fabulous to be able to bring the fur babies. Appreciated all the thoughtful little touches like microwave oven, wine glasses, being able to cast Netflix on house wi-fi, illuminated room numbers, fast efficient heating. Very cosy bed, very clean. Deer were cute too!

Great value, pristine generous sized rooms. Complimentaty brekkie took the fuss out of our stay. Great, efficient, friendly service. Deer sighting experience included. Recommend a stay. Will visit again.

Fabulous location; just out of town so nice and quiet.Bed was super comfy and the decor lovely.Breakfast of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, toast , cereals and juice.Deer feeding was a lovely novelty.The owner was professional and personable and attended to all our needs.Best MOTEL I have stayed at.Highly recommend.We will be back!

Would I stay here again....maybe. The bed was very comfortable. The size of the fridge was a pleasant surprise also. Easy access to be able to fill and boil the electric jug, for a cup of tea.....inspired.In the house rules, it states that no pet is to be left in the room unattended. Fair enough, but don't then expect your guests to pay a fee to have breakfast delivered to your room, when breakfast (including sad fruit salad) is included in the room cost already. Double dipping....?Please get rid of the thistles in the grassed area". They're not great for dog

Great location & deer feeding a great bonus. We stayed 2 nights in a family pet friendly room (there are 3 pet friendly rooms) which was spacious & clean liked that it had a large fridge/freezer & microwave. Our room was located near the deer feeding paddock so saw the deers often.The continental breakfast was also a good add on. There is an indoor pool but we didn’t use it this time. This motel was great value for the reasonable price. Would highly recommend

We loved staying at the Deer Part Motor Inn. Great location, rooms were absolutely huge! My little guy loved being able to run around all the space with his toys. But by far the biggest highlight is the free deer feeding. My baby visited Daisy multiple times and she never failed to come up for a pat, the feeding was a great experience for us both. I have told all my friends and family to stay here if they ever need to stop in Armidale, absolutely wonderful. Also, I really loved the mobile check in - it made it so easy when arriving late in the night and being able to quickly get bub into the room and into bed. The staff were all so lovely.

We booked this hotel based on previous reviews. We were traveling through Armidale on our way from Kingscliff to Sydney. The rooms are updated and modern with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The heating worked beautifully and there were plenty of blankets. The room was very clean. Bathrooms also clean and functional but not updated like the main room. We had a family room which was very large. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options - cereal, fruit, toast, juice and coffee. The kids loved the added bonus of the deer feeding.

We stayed in a Queen room. Facilities were clean and everything we required for our two night stay. Room was well located away from traffic niose. The deer feeding was something to enjoy and the smiles on the faces of the young children was great. Continental breakfast was a bonus and well managed by Sebastian. Overall, a well located, value for money stop over in a wonderful city. Thank you team.

Clean spacious room with complimentary continental breakfast. Very comfy beds and hand feeding the deer was a real bonus. We don't often go back to the same motel - always wanting to try something different but in this case we will certainly make an exception and go back
