James is super easy to work with, great communication, outstanding attention to detail and first class craftmanship. He genuinely cares about the customer and provides a high quality product. Our period home has very wonky windows and James ensured the shutters fitted perfectly and he spent time ensuring we had the perfect product (eg position of midrails). I've recommended him to my family and friends and they have all been super happy too.

I could not recommend James and Larn highly enough! End to end process is absolutely pain free. Competitive pricing, fantastic product and installation. And it would be remiss of me not to mention the care taken in removing all rubbish including vacuuming - spotless!

James and Larn are professionals and were wonderful to deal with from the quote to the installation of our blinds and shutters!The shutters and blinds are of high quality - the knowledge and installation is brilliant! They are respectful and clean and even take away the rubbish - they are just brilliant and they are local!Alan and I now just stare (like the colorbond ad! lol! ) at our shutters as they have made such a difference to our rooms and they are fantastic!We are looking to see if there are other windows we can install shutters just so we can get James and Larn back! :) They are wonderful to deal with and I wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds or shutters!RegardsD :)

Couldn’t be happier with my shutters and blinds from these guys :) very friendly, excellent work, great quality and prompt service . Will be getting Bayside shutters and blinds to come finish the rest of my house off when it’s ready. Didn’t cost an arm and leg too !
