Questionable staff ethicsLost an earring in store trying on clothesCalled late that day to ask if it was found was told yes and that it will be put away for meWent back next day only to be told by a very nervous manager that it can't be found where it was put away.. Now this was a very distinct custom made earrings no others like it in the world not some Michael hills over the counter earrings.So I said call me when you find itCalled on Friday only to be told by a even more nervous manager thst it was given to some lady who lost an earring on Wednesday (day after I came in and they couldn't find it) and she described it correctly, well it was a one off custom earring made in Germany in doubt anyone would have described the earringsObviously staff stole it and made up story to cover up the mischief.Very fishy staff

Love the shop lots of specials

Shop attendant had absolutely no interest in acknowledging my presence nor helping. So I walked out.

So many specials. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Always got great sales going on. Staff are lovley.

I love Rockmans and their sales I shop there a lot.
