One of the worst repair jobs I've ever seen on a gorilla glass screen, the glue on the screen only had a seal on the top corner of the phone.Got a quick rinse off (first time water had been anywhere near a phone since repair), on a phone that is meant to be waterproof and as a result of the support repair it has left the phone completely unusable.When confronting the staff, they refused to help as it was less than a month out of warranty even though the fault was directly caused by an inferior repair.

I have given very good reviews on this business whe Jim was there.Jim has left.I left a tablet there for a new screen Wednesday . I was told 2 hours when I booked it in.Just rang to check on progress and told it will be 2 weeks.Just be carefull.

Took my Iphone 6 and Iphone X to fix factory for a data transfer. i was told this could be done within an hour. 5 hours go by and as told it is unable to be done as they do not have enough data on their computer. i even offered my own laptop for data use to unsure this service could be done, Then had the rudest customer service i have ever experienced If the service could not be done i would of preferred honestly than rudest at the end. Not a good first impression. Would not recommend going to fix factory if you are wanting a data transfer as they can not preform the service.

Their warranty service is not worth the paper it is written on. I had a screen replaced - screen slowly faded out, but phone still worked after 2-3 weeks. took the phone back to have the screen replaced under warranty to be told that there are other problems with the phone.Again, the phone was working (still rang) when I dropped it off, just the screen was blank. Now it doesn't work at all.
