Australian Hairpin Legs

Emailed an enquiry to place an order. Received a reply but then silence, but somehow I was still added to the mailing list that I never signed up for.

Very hard to deal with. Tried to make a time to visit to get a coffee table made but never heard back. Ended up ordering a table through a business in Armadale who were very prompt and professional.PS. In response to the 'response from the owner' the last call log I have is the call I made to you trying to book a time to come in (9.38am 10 November 2020). No call was ever received in return.

I bought light blue hairpin legs for my recycled timber table top and I couldn't be happier! They are superb quality and look amazing. Service was fantastic, Conor gave us great advice and made sure we bought the right product. We get so many comment on our dining table. Definitely recommend Australian Hairpin Legs.

Fantastic craftsmanship and incredible service, I ordered 60 different sets for stools and tables for my café and I could not have wished for anything better. My customers are constantly asking where they are from and I know a few have actually ordered some. They have a huge variety of styles and colours and can tailor designs to work best for the environment you want to create. This is a truly superbly well made high quality product that I am proud to have in my business. Conor can also create bespoke funiture made from local timber, a very talented craftsman and I for one could not recommend him highly enough.

It was a horrible experience dealing with this extremely unprofessional organisation.We had several issues from delivery which not only had several delays but they later advised was only to top of the driveway and not into our home which we had to carry ourselves and weighed over 50kgs, to the final product arriving in poor quality.We purchased a custom built OUTDOOR table. It rained within 2 days of its arrival and black spots appeared all over the timber. We tried to resolve this issue with the company on multiple occasions who were not interested or helpful in any way despite a number of carpenters advising was the fault of the manufacturer.In the end we had to unscrew the timber of the frame ourselves, sand it back and reapply treatment at our own expense and the table now looks immaculate.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pricing and service is not worth the hassle.

We were quoted 2 weeks on a custom order, it took over a month and we received no apology for the delay or updated ETA once the order was past due. The legs arrived with mis-sized, smaller than ordered, mounting holes. We were told first that this was impossible, then that it wasn’t a problem (it is), then that we agreed to it (we did not). I was surprised, given the other positive reviews on Google, but based on my own experience would recommend looking elsewhere.
