On voting day an elderly man on his scooter was stuck for 15minutes in the rain. His scooter was jammed in the turn of the disability ramp. Please fix it.

This is a big hall with a good floor and a small kitchen area. However, it is looking tired. Some of the louvres are rusty, the fans don't work properly, (some only go slow) which is a problem in hot weather.
