The Paella Pan - Catering

We had such an excellent experience with Ausma and her team at the Paella Pan who catered our engagement party.Ausma was lovely to deal and was incredibly accommodating with changes to our event date and our order. The weather forecast was also looking questionable and Ausma offered to bring a marquee, floor mats and lighting which took a lot of stress off us!We ordered 3 pieces of tapas (ceviche tostada, manchego croquettes and calamari) as well as 3 flavours of paella for 110 guests and it was all absolutely delicious. Our guests have raved about how great the food was and we honestly couldn’t have been happier.We had three chefs attend who were delightful and left the site very clean. They even helped us distribute the food on trays. The food was all served on time.Thank you Paella Pan for making our event such a success!

First time that I've used the Paella Pan and we were so happy with their service. They were professional, punctual, and highly competent chefs. We used paella pan for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier. The food was absolutely phenomenal and all our guests LOVED it and couldn’t stop commenting on how good it was. I hired Paella Pan for my small wedding in March 2022, and Ausma was wonderful! Our chef arrived on time, cooked our meal and even placed the leftovers into containers for our guests to take home for us, as we had less than the minimum number of guests. Ausma went out of her way to ensure we had a perfect day - she even personally spoke with one of our guests with special dietary requirements to plan what they could cook for them, so that I didn't have to worry about it. I would hire the team again and again!

We hired Ausma and the team to cook a Paella for our Business meeting; it was absolutely amazing, super organised and prepared; the two styles of Paella we tried (meat and seafood) were delicious, and the service was exceptional! Thank you so much, and looking forward to another event to do this again!

Very impressed with the catering provided for my 50th birthday. All 3 tapas dishes and the two different paellas were delicious and went down a treat with my guests (which was obvious as there were hardly any leftovers). Thanks Ausma, for your help in finalising the menu and working around all of my friends' dietary requirements, and to your team on the day.

I cannot recommend Rodney from the Paella Pan Geelong highly enough! We were lucky enough to have Rodney travel to cater at our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. He made the whole process an absolute breeze. He was easy to contact, friendly, easy going and organised! We didn't have to do a thing and felt so reassured by him and his experience in the industry. Our guests were still talking about the tapas and paella the next day (especially the stuffed prawns!). I'll be forever grateful to Rodney and his team for making our wedding day so special and delicious!

Hired Paella Pan for our wedding in March 2022 and Ausma and the team were amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. Answered all my annoying questions and was really flexible with the menu development. I was nervous not to have official contracts, but Ausma was really professional and assuring the whole way through and stuck to our email correspondence plans despite some price and business changes. We had to change our date due to Covid and then adapt the plan for rain all day, but it all worked out and everyone was really impressed by the food and service. We had a grazing table, tapas, 3 types of paella and some salad. Really reasonable prices and delicious food. Ausma even made sure that the bride and groom ate, by bringing us each a plate directly. Paella is great for a big group with various dietary requirements. Some very minor issues with remembering all the left of centre dietaries, but they sorted it out and made sure everyone was happy and fed. Would highly recommend and hope I can hire them again in the future. An absolute pleasure to work wit. Thanks for making our day that bit more special :)

Perfect in every way! The Paella Pan we're so easy to deal with, from quoting and and answering our questions, to booking and serving on the day of our event. All of our guests were impressed and very full! We ordered the seafood Paella with sides of tapas (beef tacos, fried calamari and haloumi sliders) and they were all delicious. Can't forget the churros which were perfectly light and crispy! Shout out to Toby and Alfred who were our friendly and efficient cooks for the evening.Would not hesitate to recommend the Paella Pan!

The Paella Pan catered our wedding in February 2022 and whilst we didn’t have the chance to eat as much of the food on the day as we would have liked, the feedback from the guests was beyond belief. The tapas during the canapes kept everyone rushing back for more and provided a good foundation for the drinks to come. We wanted a casual, social dinner experience during the reception and the Paella Pan certainly delivered. The scents wafting through the property during speeches had everyone salivating and eager to tuck into the paella and accompaniments after the final cheers. We couldn’t speak more highly of the staff, food quality and our experience. 100% would recommend!
