The team at Play-safe did an amazing job on my shade sail for my business. The service was prompt, reasonably priced and easy. Definitely took the stress out of doing.Customer service was super too.

Bought their top of the line basketball system. Footing was installed to far into the slab and virtually ruined the scale and size of the court. Lines are not at correct distances due to this. Customer service in relation to resolving this query was dismissive and unhelpful. Pay the extra money and use an outfit that will do end to end.The below response is a prime example as to the level of service. The other trades had to come up with a new solution due to the error by play safe. Failing to take responsibility and now deferring. They were actuslly referred by the linemarker and even he was confused as to why the footing was installed where it was.AVOID AT ALL COSTSWould give 0 stars if that was an option.
